This program is an integral part of our commitment to holistic health and wellness.

What is FLEX EDUCATION?

FLEX EDUCATION offers a series of educational sessions and workshops led by our experienced fitness professionals. Each session is designed to provide our members with practical knowledge and actionable insights on various aspects of physical health, from nutritional guidance to mobility workouts and injury prevention strategies.

Each class is a 50-minute session that includes a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. Our classes follow a monthly progression through four distinct phases: endurance, resistance, power, and de-load (functional), ensuring a well-rounded and effective fitness experience.

Morning Classes

Monday to Friday – 5am, 6am, and 7am

Evening Classes

Monday to Friday – 12pm, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm

Saturday Classes

At ‘FLEX,’ we’re firm believers in functional strength training. Every exercise in our repertoire serves a specific purpose in enhancing your daily activities. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a vast array of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, mats, boxes, sleds, resistance bands, rowers, ski ergs, skill mills, airdyne bikes, and more.

The difference

Metcon/HIIT

To ensure you leave no stone unturned in your fitness journey, we incorporate a Metcon/HIIT (Metabolic Conditioning/High-Intensity Interval Training) concept at the conclusion of each session.

As a trainer, spiking your metabolic state through activities like high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or other forms of exercise can have several long-term benefits. When you engage in intense physical activities, your metabolism increases, which helps in burning more calories not only during the exercise but also for hours afterward. This phenomenon is known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), often referred to as the “afterburn effect.”

Over time, regularly spiking your metabolism through intense workouts can lead to increased metabolic adaptability. This means your body becomes more efficient at switching between burning carbohydrates and fats for energy, enhancing your overall metabolic flexibility. This is crucial for overall health, as it can improve body composition, increase energy levels, and reduce the risk of metabolic diseases like diabetes.

Moreover, these metabolic spikes can help build and maintain muscle mass, which is metabolically active tissue.
